If you come into contact with COVID-19, the CDC recommends you continue to provide breastmilk to your baby. Just mask and wash your hands diligently. Also, talk to your healthcare provider about getting the COVID-19 vaccine while breastfeeding. Most will recommend that it is safe to do so.
